Below are some recent post cosmetic & post surgical clients who have received scar tissue treatment, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping and massage.

8 Week Transformation Tummy Tuck & Lipo 360 with Fibrosis

This client came to me four weeks post op. She had one or two lymphatic massages before but she didn’t think they helped. She came to me with a swollen hard belly and also started to show early signs of fibrosis and what felt like hard tiny marbles under her scar from the scar tissue. After explaining to her my process for each stage of healing, we started treating her scar along with lymphatic drainage. I also suggested she start using a Medi Lymphpad in the front of her abdomen as well as foams on the sides (under her faja which she got from https://www.thefajalady.com/ in Frisco, TX). This helps massage her stomach on a daily basis as she moves throughout her day. The middle of her abdomen was the hardest part to soften.

In early October I started to apply some new lymphatic restoration therapy techniques using the Dolphin Neurostim which is the same tool I use to treat the scars. This is when we started to see and feel a huge change between sessions, the small marble like balls under her scar were getting softer after each session and very minimal by November 7th, we now had her fibrosis under control and gone and she can now see me as needed for scar treatment.

The new Lymphatic Restoration Therapy techniques involve using an electrical (low level direct current) using acupressure points to help move the excess fluid at a faster rate! This helps to restore the function of the lymphatic system by breaking up scar tissue, open up the chest to allow for deeper breathing. This is important for the diaphragm which helps pump the lymphatic fluid up to the heart. Once the lymph fluid passes through the diaphragm it filters through the heart and blood stream then to your liver, kidneys and out through your bladder. I am so excited to see a comparison of the new techniques making a huge impact on my treatment process! I enjoy learning new techniques, especially when they clearly give the best results!

Six Week Tummy Tuck with Fibrosis Transformation

This lady came to me four weeks post op and her doctor did not give her any tips for post op recovery. I run into this more often than I’d like when the doctor doesn’t give their patients every option for their after care. He did not recommend or mention manual lymphatic drainage, foams or where she can get the best faja!  So here we are four weeks into her recovery and her stomach was very hard and showed early signs of fibrosis and her scar was very tender. We started treating the scar along with manual lymphatic drainage. I also suggested she use a Medi-Lymphpad in the front of her stomach under her Faja from https://www.thefajalady.com/ and regular foams on the sides to help soften the fibrosis on a daily basis. The Medi foam is soft and has bumps on it to help massage the stomach as she moved throughout her day.  Each session the scar was less sensitive but we were still having trouble with the fibrosis in the center of her stomach. After taking a Lymphatic Restoration Class with the Dolphin Neurostim I started applying the new techniques in early October. Within one week the new techniques were working and the fibrosis started to in a sense “melt” away! The last four pictures you can see a big difference between each picture and by 11/4 the fibrosis was gone and we were able to switch her to a regular ab board. Now that the fibrosis was no longer an issue her stomach started to get flatter, she had more blood flow and lymphatic flow and her tissue returned to normal!

Check out her testimonial below!

Tummy Tuck Scar Tissue Treatment

This lady had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast reduction & BBL 4/27. We started her scar tissue treatment using the Dolphin Neurostim at three weeks post op along with manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, warm stones and IASTM over the course of her treatments. After six scar tissue treatments over the past 2.5 weeks we now get to see the results of the treatment! She is lump free and her tissue is starting to feel normal and her inflammation has reduced immensely! We will continue once a week for a couple more weeks and then she will be summer ready! This is by far the best scar I have seen at five weeks post.

A Faja That Was Too Tight Caused This Scar!

This lady came to me within one week after her Tummy Tuck & BBL procedure. Within the first couple days of wearing the Faja that her surgeon's office put her in her skin was rubbed raw because the Faja was way too tight causing a scar down the middle of her abdomen!!! Because of this, she was unable to wear compression for six weeks! After eight MLD sessions and three scar tissue treatments within six weeks her scar healed enough that she can now wear a compression garment!

Same Day Transformation!

Three weeks post tummy tuck same day! Her inflammation went down within one hour using the Dolphin Neurostim Microcurrent (scar treatment), manual lymphatic drainage, cupping for manual lymphatic drainage & massage. This was her third massage and third scar tissue treatment!  I can't wait to show you what the scar looks like when the scab falls off!!!

Tummy Tuck Scar Transformation!

Three week transformation!

After four scar treatments using the Dolphin Neurostim and manual lymphatic I have to say that both of us are really excited about her results!  Her scab from the scar finally fell off and her scar is very minimal! Once the redness goes away we will barely even see the scar! The tissue around the scar is soft with no lumps and she feels really good for five weeks post op!

Knee Replacement Scar Treatment

This client is 3 months post knee replacement. This recovery has been harder for her than her other knee replacement. She's holding more fluid in her right knee, not able to get as much range of motion and she's in more pain from her last surgery.

The dots you see on the left are from the Dolphin Neurostim unit that I used to treat her scar which will fade after an hour or so. On the left was after her last treatment 4 days prior to the photo on the right. We also added cupping to increase mobility in the tissue and manual lymphatic drainage to decrease inflammation. I absolutely love how quick the results are with these tools! She's already in less pain and feels more mobile!

Knee Replacement Scar Treatment Three Week Transformation

This is the same client from the previous image. Since the third scar tissue treatment she's been completely pain free throughout her daily activities, while sleeping and she is now able to get on and off the floor without fear of pain! This is a three week transformation of her knee replacement scar. We used the Dolphin Neurostim to treat the scar as well as accupuressure points with the Dolphin Neurostim. We also used cupping and warm stones as well as massage to further decrease the tension around her scar. She increased mobility in her knee and in the tissue surrounding the scar and is now pain free going up and down the stairs! For three months post surgical she is feeling amazing! I wish I had this tool after my knee surgery in 2018, recovery would have been so much faster!

Laser Lipo With C-section Scar

This client had laser lipo four weeks ago and four years ago had her last C-section. The Laser lipo by far has shown the least amount of swelling and quicker recovery! We treated her c-section scar and lipo incisions using the Dolphin Neurostim for scar tissue and swelling along with using manual lymphatic drainage for the swelling, cupping and warm stones. She's had a total of 5 treatments with one more coming up before her summer travels. By using all of my tools and manual therapy, she is about two weeks ahead of schedule on her recovery!

C-section Scar Treatment

This lady had four c-sections prior to her laser lipo treatment. This scar was obstructing her blood flow and lymphatic flow causing excess fluid retention above and below her c-section. scar. The photo above is after five scar tissue treatments using the Dolphin Neurostim, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, warm stone and massage. Her swelling is now very minimal and one week ahead of progress!

ACL Repair Scar

This is a scar from my left knee from ACL reconstruction five years ago. My first treatment was 8/26 and seventh treatment 5/26. This scar gave me the most discomfort out of the three and it was the biggest since we used my hamstring tendon for my new ACL. After surgery going up and down the stairs was painful, putting pressure on my knee was also uncomfortable, applying pressure to my scar or knee getting on the ground was absolutely uncomfortable, lunges and squats were the worst! Since August i've had the Dolphin Neurostim and have only treated my scar seven times. After about 5 treatments I could do lunges, bridges and squats without complete discomfort and muscles above my scar that were not functioning are now activating properly! The Dip in my scar started to disappear and now after the 7th treatment there is very minimal dip and it is fading! I never thought my scar would feel or look this good!

Fibrosis Massage

This client had lipo 360 done 4 months ago. During the beginning of our treatment she skipped two weeks of her prescheduled manual lymphatic drainage and scar tissue treatment sessions due to work. She was also very stagnant throughout the day and didn't walk enough so this set her recovery plan way back and at 2 months she developed fibrosis. I gave her all the tools to use at home as well as instructional videos which she said she did. The problem is, once fibrosis sets in it is VERY hard to get out and she is still retaining a lot of fluid because of it. We use a combination of scar tissue treatment using the Dolphin Neurostim, MLD, warm stones, IASTM, cupping and fibrosis massage to break this up and we make a little progress each time.

Lumbar Fusion Scar

Click the image for full view!**

This scar is from a lumbar fusion that was done in 2018. The redness you see on the left side was from her laying on her back before we started the scar treatment. The dots on the right are from the Dolphin Neurostim that I use to treat the scar and fade after treatment. There was a significant dip in the scar prior to starting the treatment. The tissue around the scar was also very stiff.  After treating the scar with the Dolphin Neurostim it immediately softened the tissue and decreased the dip in the scar. I then used cupping therapy to help loosen up the tissue around the scar. In one treatment we made the tissue more mobile, decreased the tension and the dip in the scar! This tool is so amazing!!!

Tummy Tuck Mld & Scar Tissue Treatment.

This lady was two weeks post tummy tuck when she first came to see me.  After six treatments using the Dolphin Neurostim, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, IASTM, and warm stones her swelling decreased dramatically! We decided to put her sessions closer together due to the amount of swelling which allowed her to heal faster and by treating the scar to allow for better lymphatic flow and blood flow. This sped up her healing process by at least two weeks!  This is just one example, more to come!
