- Targeted Techniques: We utilize a variety of specialized techniques like cupping, myofascial release, scar tissue release and mps pain therapy to reduce pain, and muscle testing to address specific areas of concern.
- Manual Therapy: Hands-on manipulation helps improve flexibility, reduce pain, and promote healing.
What to Expect
- Focused Treatment: Unlike a full-body massage, this session concentrates on problem areas for maximum therapeutic benefit.
- Discomfort Level: Depending on your condition, some techniques may involve mild discomfort. Your therapist will communicate openly and ensure your comfort throughout the session.
- Attire: For optimal access to treatment areas, shorts and a fitted tank top/sports bra are required for women.
